Your Role: You’ll be doing more than serving coffee – you’ll be creating an atmosphere that feels like home for our residents! Your key responsibilities include but limited to:
Delivering top-notch customer service with warmth and a smile
Bring warmth and dignity to every interaction
Preparing food and beverages with care
Support dietary needs and meal choices (we’ll guide you)
When in working in our cafés - operating our POS system and managing payments effortlessly
Set up of dining areas with care in our residential care homes
Ensuring the kitchen or café is always tidy, welcoming, safe and ready for action – from setup to clean-up
Supporting events and activities that bring life to our villages!
